Remove the pad from its individual wrapped
Peel off the adhesive backing and place the pad sticky side down onto the center of your underwear.

Fold the wings around the sides of your underwear and press them firmly to secure the pad in place.

When it's time to change the pad, remove it from your underwear, wrap it in toilet paper or the original wrapper, and dispose of it in a sanitary bin. Do not flush the pad down the toilet.
