- Clean and dry the affected area thoroughly before applying the cream.
- Apply a thin layer of Daktarin Gold 2% Cream to the infected area and the surrounding skin once or twice daily, as directed by your doctor or pharmacist.
- Wash hands after application unless treating your hands.
- Continue treatment for a few days after the symptoms have cleared to prevent recurrence (usually 2–4 weeks depending on the condition).
