👂 For Ears
Dosage: 2–4 drops into the affected ear 2–4 times daily, or as prescribed.
Steps:
- Warm the bottle slightly in hand to avoid dizziness.
- Tilt head to the side or lie down with the affected ear facing upward.
- Instill the drops without touching the dropper to the ear.
- Remain in that position for 2–3 minutes.
- Plug ear with cotton (optional, if advised).
👁 For Eyes
Dosage: 1–2 drops into the affected eye every 4–6 hours, or as prescribed.
Steps:
- Wash hands thoroughly.
- Tilt head back and pull lower eyelid down.
- Instill drop(s) into the eye without touching the eye.
- Close eye gently and press inner corner (tear duct) for 1 minute.
- Wait 5–10 minutes before using any other eye product.
👃 For Nose
Dosage: 2–3 drops into each nostril 2–3 times daily, if advised.
Steps:
- Tilt head back or lie down.
- Place the drops gently into each nostril.
- Remain in that position for a few minutes.
- Avoid blowing your nose immediately afterward.
- Warm the bottle slightly in hand to avoid dizziness.
