Decide which body part you need to support (e.g., ankle, knee, elbow, wrist, calf, thigh)
Begin wrapping the support around the targeted area, starting at the furthest point from the heart.

For a knee or elbow, begin below the joint and wrap upward.

For an ankle or wrist, start near the foot or hand and move upward.
Pull the wrap firmly but not too tightly. You should feel supported, but circulation should not be cut off.
Overlap each layer by about half the width of the wrap to ensure even pressure and support.

Once fully wrapped, fasten the built-in Velcro-style tab to keep the support in place.
