- Ensure you are using the correct size (Extra Large fits waist/hip sizes approx.120–160 cm).
- Slip on the pants just like normal underwear. The waistband should sit comfortably around your waist or hips.
- Make sure the pants are snug but not too tight.
- Adjust as needed so the absorbent core is positioned correctly.
- After use, tear the side seams to remove the pants. Roll them up and secure with the disposal tape (if included), then dispose of in a bin.
- For hygiene and comfort, use a fresh pair each time or as needed.
