Valupak Folic Acid 400mcg – 90 Tablets

• Dosage: Take one tablet daily, ideally with food or a cool drink.
  
• Who can take it: Adults and children aged 12 and above.
  
• Duration: Recommended from at least 1–6 months before conception through the first trimester (12 weeks).

WARNING

• Allergy alert: Do not use if allergic to folic acid or any ingredients listed.
  
• Vitamin B₁₂ caution: If you have pernicious anemia or B₁₂ deficiency, consult a doctor first, as folic acid may mask B₁₂ deficiency.
  
• Do not exceed the recommended dose.
  
• Not a substitute for a balanced diet.
  
• Keep out of reach of children and seek immediate medical advice if accidental overdose occurs—especially relevant to folic acid toxicity or masking of other deficiencies.
