Adults (Men and Women): Take 1 teaspoonful (approx. 5ml) two times daily.
Children (3-6 years): Take half a teaspoonful (approx. 2.5ml) twice daily.
Children (7-12 years): Take 1 teaspoonful (5ml) once or twice daily.

Can be taken with or without food.

Do not exceed the recommended intake.

Shake well before use.
NOTE: Suitable during pregnancy, menstruation, or post-illness recovery when iron needs are higher.
Iron in the form of ferric ammonium citrate, B1 (thiamin), B2 (riboflavin), B3 (niacin), B6, B12, folic acid, pantothenic acid, vitamin C, zinc, copper, iodine, manganese, calcium, and L-lysine, natural honey, malt extract from barley, natural orange flavoring, and potassium sorbate.
