Take one multivitamin tablet and one Omega-3 capsule daily.
Swallow each with water or a cold drink during your main meal.
Do not chew the tablets or capsules. Ensure they are taken on a full stomach.
Do not exceed the recommended intake
Folic acid (400 µg), vitamin D (10 µg), vitamins B6 and B12, vitamin C, vitamin E, iron, zinc, magnesium, copper, iodine, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin and omega-3.
