Calpol Infant Suspension is a gentle and effective paracetamol-based liquid pain reliever designed for babies and children aged 2 months to 6 years (weighing over 4kg and not premature). This strawberry-flavoured suspension starts to reduce fever within 15 minutes and is suitable for alleviating various ailments, including teething discomfort, headaches, sore throats, earaches, and post-immunisation fever. Its formulation is gentle on little tummies, and each pack includes an easy-to-use dosing syringe for accurate administration.

- Before each use, shake the bottle thoroughly for at least 10 seconds.
- Use the provided dosing syringe to measure the correct dose based on your child's age and weight:
2–3 months (weighing over 4kg and born after 37 weeks): 2.5ml. If necessary, after 4–6 hours, give a second 2.5ml dose. Do not give more than 2 doses in 24 hours.
3–6 months: 2.5ml up to 4 times in 24 hours.
6–24 months: 5ml up to 4 times in 24 hours.
2–4 years: 7.5ml (5ml + 2.5ml) up to 4 times in 24 hours.
4–6 years: 10ml (5ml + 5ml) up to 4 times in 24 hours.
- Give the dose orally using the dosing syringe.
- Leave at least 4 hours between doses. Do not exceed 4 doses in any 24-hour period.
- Clean the dosing syringe thoroughly after each use.
