Take a shower and wet your body, face, and hair thoroughly.

2. Apply
Squeeze a suitable amount of the shower gel into your hands and apply it to your body, face, and hair.
Gently massage to create a light lather.

3. Rinse
Rinse off all the residue with water, then pat your skin dry with a clean towel.
