1. Warm: Dispense a small amount of lotion into the palms of your hands and gently rub them together to warm the product.
2. Smooth: Using both hands, apply the lotion with long, smoothing motions, starting from the ankles and moving upward toward the thighs. Continue working upward over the entire body.
3. Repeat: Repeat the smoothing action twice for each area to ensure even coverage and optimal absorption. Use morning and/or evening for best results. -
