Gently massage the body in circular motions, focusing on rough or dry areas like elbows, knees, and heels. Avoid using on the face or sensitive areas.

After exfoliating, rinse your skin and the body buff well to remove soap and residue.

Squeeze out excess water and hang the buff in a well-ventilated area to dry completely between uses.
