Colgate Plax Soft Mint Mouthwash 250ml

1. Use twice daily after brushing.
   
2. Pour 20 ml (approximately 4 teaspoons) into a glass.
   
3. Rinse mouth thoroughly for 30 seconds, then spit out.

4.Do not swallow.

5.Not recommended for children under 6 years of age

• Cetylpyridinium Chloride: An antiseptic that helps reduce plaque and gingivitis.
  
• Sodium Fluoride (225 ppm): Strengthens tooth enamel and helps prevent cavities.
