Calpol SixPlus Sugar Free Suspension is a strawberry-flavoured oral liquid designed to relieve pain and reduce fever in children aged 6 years and over. Each 5ml dose contains 250mg of paracetamol, providing effective relief from symptoms such as fever, headaches, toothaches, sore throats, earaches, and general aches and pains. The sugar-free formula is gentle on young stomachs and suitable for children who may have dietary restrictions. Its pleasant strawberry taste ensures easier administration for children.

- Shake the bottle well for at least 10 seconds before each use.
- Use the provided measuring spoon or syringe to ensure accurate dosing.
- Administer the appropriate dose based on the child's age:
6–8 years: 5ml up to 4 times in 24 hours.
8–10 years: 7.5ml (5ml + 2.5ml) up to 4 times in 24 hours.
10–12 years: 10ml (5ml + 5ml) up to 4 times in 24 hours.
12–16 years: 10–15ml (two to three 5ml doses) up to 4 times in 24 hours.
- Adults and children over 16 years: 10–20ml (two to four 5ml doses) up to 4 times in 24 hours.
- Leave at least 4 hours between doses.
- Shake the bottle well for at least 10 seconds before each use.
