      1. Sit comfortably with your arm resting on a table and feet flat on the floor.
      2. Wrap the cuff snugly around your bare upper arm, about 2–3 cm above the elbow.
      3. Press the Start/Stop button to begin measurement.
      4. Remain still and do not talk while the monitor inflates and records your blood pressure.
      5. Once complete, your systolic, diastolic, and pulse readings will appear on the display.
      6. Press the Start/Stop button again to turn the monitor off.
      7. Record your results or refer to stored readings as needed.
