1. Use morning and evening after brushing and flossing.
2. Pour an appropriate amount (as directed on the bottle) into a cup, swish thoroughly around the mouth for about 30 seconds, then spit out.
   
3. Avoid eating, drinking, or rinsing for ~30 minutes after use for best effect.
