1. Prep the Site: Clean a spot on the back of your upper arm using a non-moisturizing, fragrance-free soap. Disinfect completely with an alcohol wipe and let it fully air dry
2. Assemble the Applicator: Peel the lid off the sensor pack and unscrew the applicator cap. Line up the dark marks, and press the applicator firmly down into the pack until it stops.
3. Apply the Sensor: Place the loaded applicator onto your prepped skin site. Push down firmly until you hear a click, hold for a few seconds, then slowly pull the applicator away. Smooth down the remaining adhesive border.

4. Warm-Up Phase: Open your phone's app, scan the sensor, and wait for the mandatory 60-minute warm-up countdown to complete before your real-time numbers populate.
