- Prepare for Testing:
Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water, then dry completely.
Remove one Cano Healthcare Blood Test Strip from the container and close the lid immediately to protect the remaining strips from moisture.
- Insert the Test Strip:
Insert the strip into the Cano Healthcare Blood Glucose Meter in the correct direction.
The meter will switch on automatically and indicate that it is ready for a blood sample.
- Obtain a Blood Sample:
Use a sterile lancet with a lancing device to prick the side of your fingertip.
Gently massage the finger to produce a small drop of blood.
- Apply Blood to the Strip:
Touch the tip or edge of the test strip to the blood drop.
The strip will automatically draw in the required amount of blood.
