Description
Dermol 200 Shower Emollient is specially formulated to manage and protect dry, sensitive, and eczema-prone skin. It contains four key ingredients: liquid paraffin and isopropyl myristate for their moisturising and skin-softening effects, and benzalkonium chloride and chlorhexidine hydrochloride, which act as antiseptics to help reduce the risk of infection associated with scratching.
This emollient can be used as a soap substitute in the shower or directly applied to dry skin. It helps to restore the skin’s natural barrier, locking in moisture to reduce dryness, scaling, redness, and itching. Ideal for managing eczema, dermatitis, and other dry skin conditions, it is recommended for daily use to maintain hydration and prevent flare-ups—even after symptoms improve.
To avoid stripping beneficial oils, always pat the skin dry gently after use rather than rubbing.

- Use as a soap substitute in the shower: Apply directly to wet skin and gently wash the body as you would with a shower gel.
