Dosage
- Adults and children over 12 years:
Take 10–20ml (2 to 4 x 5ml spoonfuls) after meals and at bedtime, up to four times daily.
- Children under 12 years:
Use only under medical advice.

- Do not use if you are allergic to sodium alginate, sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate, or parabens (methylparaben or propylparaben).
- Not suitable for individuals on a low-sodium or salt-restricted diet without medical advice.
- Long-term or excessive use may lead to hypercalcaemia (high calcium levels in the blood).
- If symptoms persist longer than 7 days, consult your doctor.
- Use only under medical advice in children under 12 years.
- Pregnancy and Brreastfeeding: Generally safe, but consult your healthcare provider before use.
- Space at least 2 hours apart from other oral medications to avoid reduced effectiveness.
- Store below 30°C, in a cool, dry place, and keep out of reach of children.
- Do not exceed the recommended dose.
- Shake well before use to ensure proper mixing of ingredients.
