A hot water bottle with a fleece cover is a reusable container designed to hold hot water and provide soothing warmth for pain relief and comfort. 1. Fill the hot water bottle with hot (not boiling) water, leaving about one-third of the bottle empty to allow for expansion.
2. Carefully squeeze out excess air before securely tightening the stopper.
3.Check that the bottle is sealed properly and there are no leaks.
4.Place the fleece cover over the bottle if it is not already fitted.
5.Apply the bottle to the desired area, such as your back, neck, shoulders, or abdomen, for warmth and pain relief.
6.Limit use to 15–20 minutes at a time on the same area to help avoid skin irritation or burns.
7.After use, empty the bottle, allow it to cool, and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
