- Sit and relax for at least 5 minutes before taking a measurement.
- Wrap the cuff snugly around your wrist, approximately 1–2 cm above the wrist joint. Ensure the monitor is on the inside of your wrist.
- Rest your arm on a table with your wrist at heart level.
- Press the START/STOP button to begin the measurement. The cuff will automatically inflate and deflate.
- Remain still and do not talk during the measurement.
- Once complete, the monitor will display your systolic, diastolic, and pulse readings.
- To take another reading, wait 2–3 minutes before repeating the process.
- Turn off the device and store it in a safe, dry place.
