1. Shake bottle well before use.
   
2. Hold it 10–15 cm from exposed skin and spray evenly.
   
3. For facial use, pump into hands first and apply gently—avoid eyes and mouth.
   
4. Reapply every 3–4 hours, or after swimming, sweating, or toweling off
