1. To determine the appropriate size, measure around the knuckles of your dominant hand at its widest point:
   

• Extra Small: 15–17 cm
  
• Small: 17–19 cm
  
• Medium: 19–21 cm
  
• Large: 21–23 cm
  
• Extra Large: 23–25 cm

• Outer: 90% Neoprene Rubber, 10% Nylon
  
• Inner Lining: 90% Nylon, 10% Spandex

WARNING

• Do not wear the gloves overnight or for continuous use.
  
• If discomfort, rash, or increased swelling occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
  
• Use only on clean, intact, and unbroken skin.
  
• Do not use if liniments, ointments, gels, creams, or other substances have been applied to the affected areas.
  
• Avoid use for 72 hours following an acute injury of the affected area.
