- Clean Hands First: Wash and dry your hands before putting on gloves.
- Don the Gloves:
Hold the glove at the cuff and gently pull it over your hand.
Adjust fingers and palms for a snug fit. - During Use: Avoid touching unnecessary surfaces to maintain hygiene.
- Removing Gloves Safely:
Pinch the outside of one glove near the wrist, peel it away turning it inside out.
Slide fingers under the cuff of the remaining glove to remove it without touching the outside surface.
Dispose of gloves appropriately and wash hands after removal.
