Use after brushing your teeth for best results.

Stick out your tongue comfortably.

Place the tongue cleaner at the back of the tongue (as far as is comfortable).

Gently pull the cleaner forward toward the tip of the tongue using light pressure.

Rinse the cleaner after each stroke.

Repeat 2–3 times or until the tongue feels clean.

Rinse your mouth thoroughly after use.
