1. Prep: Thoroughly dry your teeth. For best results, you can optionally apply a thin layer of petroleum jelly to the inside of your lips and gums.
2. Dispense: Twist the bottom of the click-pen to dispense a small drop of whitening gel onto the built-in brush tip.
3. Apply: Use a scrubbing motion to apply the gel directly to the front surfaces of your teeth.
4. Wait & Set: Keep your lips from contacting your teeth for 30–60 seconds, then leave the gel on your teeth for exactly 10 minutes.
5. Finish: Wipe away any excess gel and rinse your mouth with water.
