Description

The Tampax Super Plus Tampons with Cardboard Applicator (20 pack) are specially designed to deliver reliable protection for heavier menstrual flow days. Each tampon comes with a smooth, rounded cardboard applicator and an anti-slip grip for easy, hygienic, and controlled insertion.

With a highly absorbent cotton core that gently expands to fit your body’s shape, these tampons provide up to 8 hours of dependable leak protection. The protective skirt adds an extra safeguard against leaks, giving you greater confidence during daily activities.

Individually wrapped for convenience, discreetness, and hygiene, Tampax Super Plus Tampons are free from perfume and chlorine bleaching, making them dermatologically tested and suitable for sensitive skin.

They are the ideal choice for those who need higher absorbency without compromising on comfort, security, or peace of mind.

      1. Start by washing your hands thoroughly with soap and water to maintain hygiene.
      2. Remove the tampon from its packaging. Make sure the string hangs down below the applicator.
      3. Sit on the toilet, stand with one leg up (e.g., on the toilet seat), or squat—whatever is most comfortable for you.
      4. Grip the tampon applicator where the smaller inner tube meets the larger outer tube. This is usually where the grooves or grip area are.
      5. Gently insert the rounded tip of the applicator into your vagina at a slight upward angle (toward your lower back) until your fingers touch your body.
      6. Use your index finger to push the smaller inner tube into the larger outer tube. This action will insert the tampon into your body.
      7. Once the tampon is in place, gently pull out the cardboard applicator and discard it. The tampon string should remain outside your body for easy removal later.
      8. If the tampon feels uncomfortable, it may not be inserted far enough. Remove it and try again with a new tampon.
