1. Do not remove the transparent cap.
2. Twist the white part of the pen one full turn in the direction of the arrow until a loud click is heard, breaking the inner seal.
3. Place the pen on a flat, solid surface with the transparent cap facing down.
4. Hold the transparent cap and push the white part of the pen firmly down for exactly 7 seconds to form a white ice tablet at the tip.
5. Remove the transparent cap.
6. Immediately press the ice tablet firmly against the wart or verruca:

• 15 seconds for thin skin areas (hands, fingers, arms, toes, top/sides of feet).
• 40 seconds for calloused or thick skin areas (soleof feet).
